Hi
Over the last 3 months, the store has the following turns per machine per day:
Top Loaders 14.42 turns per day
20Lb 7.58 turns per day
30Lb 11.10 turns per day
40Lb 1.5 turns per day
60Lb 5.19 turns per day
80lb 4.22 turns per day
The tops and 30s are getting beat up and the 40s are barely getting used. Do you guys have any ideas on how to nudge the customers to the 20s and 40s?

Raise the price on Top Load washers by 25 to 50 cents (can be up to the same price as the 20-LB washers). Lower prices on 40-LB washers by 50 cents. Make a sign telling your customers that 40-LB washers hold 4 loads and are on special. This will drive some to the 20-Lb washers from the Tops. Dropping the price on the 40-LB washers should also help increase the demand.
