How Would You Advise Others on a Laundromat Question?

As a laundromat consultant, advisor, owner, distributor and a history of 50 years in the laundromat business, I frequently get questions from owners who are trying to solve their perceived or actual problems surrounding their ownership.
I thought as an educational exercise, I’ll provide an actual case of an owner who reached out to me for my thoughts and advice on a specific question. Later, I’ll provide my actual response, but I think it would be interesting to see how the other industry experts and owners would respond to this actual question.
Keep in mind, that each part of the country might have unique demands and preferences of the owners and customers of laundromats. It might surprise many of the stated high rate of top load use that so many in these posts recommend should not even be installed in a laundromat.
The size of the store and the income of the store was not indicated but the issue is clearly identified. What would you recommend to this owner? Thank you in advance for participating.
